Adam would love to say that when she came to, she was in her bed back home in California. Chapter 1
None of this was her fault. True, she had started the chain explosions at the train station in New York, but she had good reasons. She was trying to get away from them. "RWAAAH!" the monster yelled. Adam turned and shot her last arrow into the monster, whatever it was, and the thing disintegrated into a shower of dust. One down, one to go. She thought.
